I am a long time resident of Hawaii, having moved here from the Monterey Bay area of northern California. After graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Business Administration degree, I returned to California where I found employment in the export transportation industry in San Jose. I continued my education by studying income tax and financial planning, through which I earned Enrolled Agent and Certified Financial Planner™ designations. When I returned to Hawaii, I found employment managing a small tax office. I later discovered an opportunity to combine my financial background with real estate, and became a licensed Hawaii real estate agent in 2000. I work through Prudential Orchid Isle Properties, who is recognized as a leading real estate sales office on the Big Island and in the state.

Through a bit of luck and a lot of dedication, I have become one of the most productive Realtor agents in the East Hawaii real estate market, working with both Buyers and Sellers in Hilo, Hamakua, Puna and other districts on the Big Island. I have built good networking relationships with other Hawaii real estate agents through sales transactions, and by serving as an Officer, Director, and Committee Member with the Hawaii Island Realtors association. I have also been a volunteer Mediator in my community, and have helped with local charity fund raisers for groups such as the Sunshine Kids and Muscular Dystrophy Association.

I enjoy this sometimes challenging profession of helping people buy and sell property on our wonderful Big Island of Hawaii. Much of the reward comes through the continued relationships and referrals from my clients, many of whom have now become my friends and neighbors.
